Toronto police have arrested a 52-year-old man on charges of sexually assaulting a child at the Canadian National Exhibition (CNE).
The incident occurred at Exhibition Place, near Prince’s Boulevard and Ontario Drive, prompting authorities to respond on Wednesday.
According to reports, the suspect allegedly assaulted a child during their visit to the CNE.
The accused, identified as Cao Quoc Vo from Toronto, faces charges of sexual assault and sexual interference involving a minor under 16 years old.
Vo was set to make a court appearance on Thursday.
Authorities have expressed worries about the possibility of additional victims coming forward.
