According to court documents, Michael Kyle Breen, 41, is accused of breaking into the apartment, damaging property, and wielding a crossbow. Meanwhile, the resident, Jeremy David McDonald, 44, is facing charges of aggravated assault and assault with a weapon for his actions during the confrontation on Aug. 18.
Breen, who was already wanted for unrelated offenses, is charged with break and enter, possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose, mischief under $5,000, and failing to comply with a probation order. Both men are set to appear in court for further proceedings.
