“Daylight Drama: Duo Nabbed After Brampton Neighborhood Shooting Spree”

Police have apprehended two individuals accused of firearm and extortion offenses in connection with a recent shooting incident in a quiet Brampton residential area.

According to authorities in Peel Region, security cameras captured footage of two men firing shots at a home on Rolling Acres Drive in July. The gunfire damaged two houses before the suspects hastily departed in a black Chrysler 300.

Fortunately, no one sustained physical injuries as a result of the shooting.

One of the suspects, 23-year-old Gurpreet Singh, was located in Winnipeg on July 13 and subsequently transported back to Ontario for apprehension. He now faces charges including discharging a firearm and extortion.

Another suspect, 20-year-old Husandeep Singh, was arrested by police during a routine traffic stop in Mississauga on July 27. He has been charged with discharging a firearm with intent and extortion.

Authorities suspect there may be more individuals involved in the incident and urge anyone with relevant information to come forward.
