‘Ketamine Queen’ to Plead Guilty in Matthew Perry Fatal Dose Tragedy

A woman dubbed the “Ketamine Queen” is expected to plead guilty for supplying the drug that led to the death of actor Matthew Perry, known for his role in the popular TV show “Friends.” Jasveen Sangha, a 42-year-old U.S. and U.K. citizen, has agreed to plead guilty to multiple federal charges, including providing the ketamine that resulted in Perry’s overdose.

Sangha, who portrayed a lavish lifestyle on social media, was implicated as a key figure in a drug distribution network catering to high-profile clients. Perry, who battled addiction, had been seeking ketamine for off-label treatment of depression when he encountered Sangha through an acquaintance. Prosecutors revealed that Perry purchased a significant amount of ketamine from Sangha shortly before his untimely death.

The guilty plea by Sangha, if finalized, could lead to a lengthy prison sentence of up to 45 years. The case has highlighted the dangers of substance abuse and shed light on the illicit drug trade targeting individuals in the entertainment industry.
