The incident unfolded on Wednesday night when officers responded to a call about a man wandering aimlessly in the Elgin Mills Road West and Bathurst Street vicinity, appearing lost and confused.
Unable to communicate any personal details or address, the man was taken to a nearby hospital for medical attention. While he is in good hands, authorities have been unable to determine his identity or reach out to his relatives.
