Commuters in Toronto should expect traffic delays on Queen Street West and Dufferin Street following a collision between a tractor-trailer and a bus shelter early Monday morning.
According to police reports, the incident took place shortly after 6:30 a.m., resulting in the complete blockage of all eastbound and northbound lanes on Queen Street West and Dufferin Street. This has caused disruptions to streetcar routes in all directions until the area is cleared.
Fortunately, Toronto paramedics have confirmed that no passengers on the bus were harmed, and the tractor-trailer driver emerged unscathed. However, one individual from another vehicle sustained minor injuries during the collision.
