Authorities in Surrey’s Newton area are probing a shooting incident involving a vehicle in the early hours of Monday morning.
The Surrey Police Service responded to a call at a residence on 124 Street close to 58 Avenue (Highway 10) at approximately 4 a.m.
Upon reaching the scene, officials discovered a parked vehicle had been damaged, with signs indicating gunshots had been fired, according to a police report.
Fortunately, there were no injuries reported in connection with the incident.
The investigation is ongoing, as police work to establish a possible motive or links to other incidents.
