“Tragic End: 43-Year-Old Man Fatally Shot in Scarborough Incident”

Toronto authorities have identified the man who tragically lost his life in a shooting incident that occurred late at night in Scarborough this past weekend.

The incident took place shortly before midnight on September 13, near the intersection of Victoria Park Avenue and Sheppard Avenue East. Police were alerted to the scene at around 11:56 p.m. following reports of gunfire.

Upon their arrival, law enforcement discovered 43-year-old Paulin Harusha inside a vehicle, having sustained gunshot wounds. Despite the immediate efforts of first responders, Harusha was sadly pronounced dead at the scene.

Investigating officers have determined that the suspects had already fled the area by the time they reached the scene, making their escape in a light-colored SUV. Currently, no descriptions of the suspects have been provided to the public.

Authorities are reaching out to the community for assistance. They are calling on residents, business owners, and drivers who were in the vicinity at the time of the incident to check any security or dash camera footage they may have, in the hope of identifying the suspects or the vehicle involved.
