A tow truck in Markham was targeted in a shooting incident on Friday afternoon, according to the York Regional Police.
The alarming incident occurred at the intersection of Markham Road and 14th Avenue at approximately 2:30 p.m.
Thankfully, no injuries have been reported in connection with the shooting.
Following the incident, the intersection was temporarily closed for investigation purposes, but it has since been reopened to traffic.
