The incident unfolded at the intersection of Kingston Road and Lawrence Avenue East around 11:15 p.m., prompting swift response from emergency crews following reports of an adult male being hit by a vehicle.
Regrettably, paramedics at the scene were unable to save the man, and he was pronounced deceased on-site.
