“FMOQ Hits Pause on Halting Medical Training, Offers New Proposal to Government”

The Quebec General Practitioners’ Federation, FMOQ, has decided to delay its planned teaching boycott until October 4. In response to François Legault’s government, they have proposed mediation as an alternative.

In an announcement shared on social media on Monday morning, FMOQ clarified that while the boycott of medical-administrative tasks remains ongoing, they are also pushing for the removal of Bill 106.

Just two weeks ago, the Quebec Federation of General Practitioners urged its members to refrain from engaging in non-patient-related medical-administrative duties.
