“Major Kiosk Outage Hits Toronto Pearson, Disrupts Border Services at Several Airports!”

The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) is currently facing a technical issue with their Primary Inspection Kiosks, leading to delays at several airports nationwide, including Toronto Pearson Airport.

Passengers at Pearson Airport’s Terminal 1 and Terminal 3 are advised to brace for longer wait times due to the ongoing kiosk outage. This disruption is also affecting operations at Billy Bishop Airport, as well as airports in major cities like Vancouver, Montreal, Calgary, Edmonton, Winnipeg, Ottawa, and Halifax.

As of now, there is no estimated timeline for when the technical problem will be resolved. In the meantime, travellers are being directed to manual processing lines where border services officers will assist with inspections.

CBSA has acknowledged the inconvenience caused by this issue and is collaborating with partners to address it promptly. They have expressed their gratitude for travellers’ patience during this challenging period.
