Two people were rushed to the hospital with serious injuries following a dramatic car collision in North York early on Sunday morning.
The incident, which occurred around 12:15 a.m., involved two drivers who were reportedly speeding along Don Mills Road near Barber Green Road. Their vehicles collided, leading to a loss of control and subsequent impact with stationary objects on the road’s western side.
The situation escalated as both vehicles caught fire, prompting emergency responders to rescue the 24-year-old and 23-year-old drivers before transporting them to the hospital for treatment of their life-threatening injuries.
