“Canada Unveils Top 25 Most Wanted: Who’s on the Bolo Program’s Latest List?”

The Bolo Program, a renowned national campaign aimed at highlighting Canada’s top criminal suspects, is set to reveal its freshest Top 25 Most Wanted list today in Vancouver.

The highly-anticipated announcement is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. ET (10:30 a.m. Pacific) and will feature insights from distinguished figures such as Toronto Police Service Chief Superintendent Joe Matthews, Bolo Program Executive Director Max Langlois, and top law enforcement officials from various regions.

Launched in 2018, the program has emerged as a powerful tool for law enforcement agencies, employing social media strategies, digital billboards, and community involvement to assist in apprehending suspects wanted for serious crimes.

Notable arrests have been made following the release of the Bolo Program’s lists in recent years. Convicted gangster Rabih Alkhalil, a former Top 25 fixture wanted for murder, was finally apprehended in Qatar after being featured on the list.

Similarly, Dave Turmel, wanted by Quebec City police for attempted murder, held the title of Canada’s most wanted fugitive until his arrest in March 2025.

The program emphasizes the crucial role of citizen tips in capturing fugitives, with numerous captures being directly attributed to information provided by the public.

As of October 2025, the Bolo Program website highlights several fugitives still at large nationwide, including individuals like Adrian Walker, Dylan Denis, Katherine Bergeron-Pinzarrone, Yusuf Ali, and Mohammed Abdullahi, wanted for various crimes ranging from murder to attempted murder.

Rewards for tips leading to arrests vary from $50,000 to $250,000.
