Toronto Police Seek 46-Year-Old Man in Connection with Nine-Month Assault and Harassment Case
Authorities in Toronto are on the lookout for a 46-year-old man allegedly involved in a series of assaults and harassment incidents spanning a nine-month period this year.
According to Toronto Police, the suspect is accused of committing acts of assault, making threats, forcibly confining, and harassing the victim within the vicinity of Eglinton Avenue West and Bathurst Street from February to October 2025. It is noted that both the suspect and the victim have a prior acquaintance.
Identified as James Irwin Allan Davey, the wanted individual faces a range of charges, including assault with a weapon, forcible confinement, uttering threats, criminal harassment, break and enter, theft, possession of a dangerous weapon, and property mischief.
Described as five feet 10 inches tall with a sturdy physique, the suspect has a balding appearance with short grey hair and striking green eyes. Authorities have released his image to aid in the search.
