Two accidents on Highway 91 are causing significant traffic delays heading north towards New Westminster via the Alex Fraser Bridge on this busy Wednesday morning.
Reports came in to 1130 NewsRadio early, around 6:15 a.m., alerting authorities to the collisions located on each side of 72 Avenue in Delta.
One of the vehicles involved in the crash to the south is currently occupying the right shoulder, while the other one to the north is blocking the left lane.
Drivers in the area are advised to be cautious as the situation unfolds, with congestion stretching from the Truck Pullout all the way to Nordel Way.
To avoid the worst of the traffic, motorists have the option to take Highway 99 through the George Massey Tunnel or use Nordel Way as alternate routes.
