An incident at Louise Arbour Secondary School in Brampton led to a lockdown on Thursday afternoon after a student altercation involving pepper spray took place in the gymnasium. Peel Regional Police responded to the scene following reports of pepper spray being used during the confrontation.
As a safety measure, nearby Lougheed Public Elementary School was put on a Hold and Secure status while authorities conducted their investigation.
