Over the weekend, a daring smash-and-grab robbery took place at Dufferin Mall in Toronto. The incident occurred on Saturday evening, where a group of five masked individuals broke into a store within the mall by smashing display cases to steal various items.
Authorities were alerted to the scene at around 7:22 p.m. in the vicinity of Dufferin Street and Bloor Street West. According to reports, two of the suspects were armed with hammers during the robbery. Following the theft, the group quickly fled the scene in a dark colored vehicle.
Fortunately, there were no injuries reported as a result of the robbery. The Toronto police have launched an investigation into the incident to apprehend the suspects responsible for the brazen act.
