“Urgent Manhunt: Vancouver PD Circulates Suspect Photos After Terrifying Yaletown Stabbing Spree”

The Vancouver Police Department seeks public help in identifying a suspect involved in a series of stabbings that occurred in Yaletown on Friday morning. Sgt. Steve Addison emphasized the urgency in capturing the suspect to ensure community safety, following the unprovoked and violent attacks.

The incident unfolded on the seawall near David Lam Park at 7:30 a.m., where three individuals sustained minor stab wounds. Four more victims have since come forward, bringing the total to seven victims, including both men and women aged between 23 and 59. The suspect, described as a slender woman in her late 20s or early 30s, approximately 5’3″ to 5’7″ tall, with long dark hair and wearing distinctive dark clothing, was seen brandishing a knife by witness Mike Conway.

Conway recounted narrowly avoiding an attack by the suspect and urged anyone with information or video footage to contact the investigators at 604-717-7048.
