Two Hospitalized After SUV Plows Into Pedestrians in Vancouver

Two pedestrians were hit by a car at the intersection of West 16th Avenue and Willow Street in Vancouver on Tuesday afternoon, as per the Vancouver Police Department.

The incident took place at approximately 12:30 p.m., with both pedestrians being rushed to the hospital for treatment. Authorities have not disclosed the extent of their injuries.

Eyewitness photos from the accident reveal that a grey SUV was responsible for the collision, heading towards the east on West 16th Avenue.

Due to the ongoing investigation by Vancouver Police Department officers, the intersection is currently closed. Commuters are advised to consider West 12th Avenue as an alternate route.
