Montreal’s Artch Festival Explodes Back on Scene Showcasing 150 Fresh, Cutting-Edge Works by Emerging Talent!

Montreal’s vibrant art scene comes alive once again as the 8th edition of the artch Emerging Art Festival returns to Place Ville Marie until Sunday.

Art enthusiasts and visitors alike are invited to immerse themselves in a world of creativity, with engaging art installations, workshops, thought-provoking discussions, and various creative activities, all at no cost.

Held in the prestigious lobby of 1 Place Ville Marie, this year’s festival celebrates the spirit of cooperation and community-driven artistry, showcasing a diverse collection of 150 works by talented emerging artists.

In a time where sustaining artistic endeavors is more crucial than ever, the festival’s program delves into the ways in which artists can come together, collaborate, and exist harmoniously with other creative forces outside the conventional art realm.

Sarah Kitzy Gineau-Delyon, the Executive and Artistic Director of artch, expressed, “This program mirrors our core mission of empowering emerging artists in their professional journey while fostering spaces for meaningful conversations and collective introspection.”

Beyond the main exhibition, the festival also features a curated shop offering exclusive limited editions and artistic publications for purchase. Every artwork sold directly contributes to the artists, with 100% of the proceeds benefiting them.

Since its inception in 2018, artch has been a steadfast supporter of over 167 artists, propelling them towards regional, national, and international acclaim.
