Armed with Fire Extinguisher: Brazen Robbery Shocks North York Store

In a daring robbery that took place in May, a suspect utilized a fire extinguisher to steal from a store in North York, as per Toronto police. The incident has sparked a renewed effort to locate the perpetrator.

The suspect was captured in several security images released by investigators on Monday. The robbery occurred on May 19 at approximately 5:14 p.m. when the lone suspect entered a store in the area of Finch Avenue West and Bathurst Street.

Witnesses reported that the suspect, described as bald, approximately six-foot-one tall, and with a thin build, entered the store wielding a fire extinguisher. He discharged it at an employee before grabbing a stash of lottery tickets and making a swift escape.
