Rush Announces Exciting Expansion to Reunion Tour, Adding Vancouver, Montreal, and Edmonton to the Lineup!

Rush has announced additional Canadian tour dates for their highly-anticipated reunion. Band members Geddy Lee and Alex Lifeson revealed plans to expand their upcoming concert tour, adding 17 new cities to the lineup. The tour is scheduled to kick off in June and run through the end of the year.

Among the newly added stops are Montreal on September 2, 2026, Edmonton on December 10, and Vancouver on December 15. The band’s “Fifty Something” tour schedule will also include cities like Philadelphia, Boston, Washington D.C., Atlanta, Seattle, and Tampa, Fla.

Having already sold out previously announced dates, including a four-night stint in Toronto, Rush is set to release general public tickets for the new shows starting on October 31. Presales will begin earlier, offering fans a chance to secure their seats before the official sale date.

This tour marks Rush’s first return to the road since their monumental R40 tour in 2015 and the passing of their drummer, Neil Peart, in 2020 due to brain cancer. Anika Nilles, a talented German drummer, will be joining the band in place of Peart for the upcoming tour.

In a YouTube video shared by Lee and Lifeson, the band expressed gratitude for the overwhelming response to the initial dates. Lee also cautioned fans about ticket scalpers taking advantage of the high demand and advised them to purchase tickets through authorized channels like Ticketmaster or the Rush website to avoid inflated prices.
