Toronto police have reported an incident where a food delivery worker is accused of sexually assaulting a customer during a delivery at a residential building in Riverdale last week.
According to investigators, the customer placed an online food order on Wednesday, October 15, 2025. The suspect carried out the delivery to the apartment complex located in the Pape and Danforth avenues area.
During the exchange in the lobby of the complex, the delivery worker allegedly committed the assault while handing over the food to the customer.
The accused individual, Anwar Miah from Toronto, is currently facing a single charge of sexual assault. Authorities have shared his image, expressing concerns that there might be other potential victims involved.
It is important to note that none of the allegations against the suspect have been proven in court.
