Authorities Seek Identity of Mystery Person Found Deceased at Bloor-Spadina Intersection in April

Toronto authorities are reaching out to the community for assistance in identifying an individual discovered deceased near Spadina Station during the spring season.

According to reports, emergency services received a call at 2:18 p.m. on April 29 regarding an individual found near the subway station at the intersection of Spadina Road and Bloor Street West.

At this time, officials have not disclosed the cause of death or the specific timing of the incident.

Stating that the coroner has ruled out any suspicious circumstances surrounding the death, the police have issued a statement regarding the case.

Described as being between 40 to 55 years old, approximately five feet three inches tall, weighing around 158 pounds, the individual was noted to have black hair and brown eyes.

The deceased was dressed in a black and white T-shirt featuring a Nike Air Max logo on the front, grey pants, grey Crocs footwear, and a beaded bracelet inscribed with the phrase “You Belong.” Additionally, two black purses lacking any form of identification were found in their possession.

Alongside an artist’s depiction of the deceased, authorities have also released an image of the individual’s personal effects.

Investigators suspect a potential connection to London, Ontario in this case.
