Prince Harry Heads to Toronto for Key Remembrance Day Ceremonies

Prince Harry is embarking on a meaningful two-day visit to Toronto to show his support for veterans and the military community leading up to Remembrance Day.

The Duke of Sussex was invited by the True Patriot Love Foundation, a Canadian organization dedicated to assisting military members, veterans, and their families. His schedule for today includes various activities, starting with a private lunch and culminating in an evening fundraiser for the HALO Trust. This charity, favored by Prince Harry’s late mother, Princess Diana, focuses on clearing explosives worldwide.

Having served in Afghanistan with the British military, Prince Harry will also make time to connect with some of Canada’s elderly veterans at Sunnybrook Hospital’s veterans centre on Thursday. Later that day, he will join a dinner hosted by True Patriot Love in solidarity with the military community.

This visit marks Prince Harry’s return to Canada since his attendance at the Invictus Games in British Columbia last February.
