Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) say seven people were taken to the hospital following a two-vehicle collision that closed lanes on Highway 400 northbound at King on Sunday evening.
The crash, which occurred on Sunday evening, forced the closure of the two left lanes as emergency crews responded. By Monday morning, OPP confirmed to CityNews that seven individuals had been transported to the hospital.
According to investigators, six of those injured sustained minor injuries, while one person was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.
All northbound lanes at King have since reopened, though police say the collision investigation remains ongoing.
