After a judicial recount, the race for municipal councillor in Montreal-East remains tied between Audrey Bordeleau and Julie Larivée of Équipe Anne St-Laurent toujours en Action.
The public recount, held Nov. 7 at the Montreal Courthouse, confirmed the deadlock.

In accordance with Quebec election law, the winner will be determined by random draw on Monday, at 9:30 a.m. in the council chamber of Montreal-East City Hall.
The event is open to the public.
