Over 13,500 Hydro-Québec customers were without power Friday morning.
As of 10:20 a.m., more than 4,600 addresses in Montreal were affected by the outage.
Montérégie was the worst affected with nearly 5,200 customers experiencing an outage. More than 1,000 addresses each in Outaouais and the Laurentians are also touched by the outage.

Early Friday morning, only about 420 Hydro-Quebec customers were without electricity.
During the peak of the outage following a snowstorm earlier in the week, more than 360,000 customers were forced in the dark.
