After digging out from early-season snowstorm, Montrealers can expect more winter-like conditions with a cocktail of snow and freezing rain this weekend.
Environment Canada has issued a special weather statement warning that up to 10 millimetres of freezing rain is possible Saturday evening into Sunday morning.
Friday starts off with patches of fog, but a mix of sunshine and cloud expected through the today.
Day time temperatures will reach a high of 3°C, but it will dip to a low of -4°C.
Saturday will see light snow beginning late in the afternoon, that could turn into freezing rain in the evening into Sunday. Temperatures are expected be to 0°C.
On Sunday, a mix of rain and snow is expected with a high of 3°C.
