The Vancouver Police Department says that a 60-year-old high-risk sex offender is now residing in the city.
Shaun Deacon is serving a long-term supervision order for possession and accessing of child pornography.
Authorities warn that he poses a significant danger to children—particularly boys—based on his criminal history.
Deacon is roughly six feet tall (183 cm) and 255 pounds (116 kilograms) — has brown hair and hazel eyes.

He is bound by several court conditions, including not to be found near places where children are present — and not to use any technology that can access the internet.
