A multi-vehicle crash on Highway 99 in Delta is snarling traffic northbound into Richmond Wednesday morning.
The crash occurred in the left lane before Highway 17A, and traffic is backed up nearly to Highway 91.
Callers to 1130 NewsRadio say emergency crews are responding.
Drivers are advised to take the Alex Fraser Bridge as a detour.
