Montreal Mayor Soraya Martinez Ferrada will host Quebec Premier François Legault at Montreal City Hall Friday for their first official meeting.
Premier Legault will be joined by Chantal Rouleau, Minister responsible for Social Solidarity and Community Action, as well as Minister responsible for the Metropolis and the Montreal region.

Claude Pinard, president of the City of Montreal’s executive committee, will also take part in the discussions.
Following the meeting, the mayor and the premier are expected to hold a press conference.
