An unfortunate incident unfolded in the city’s east end as a woman sustained critical injuries in a stabbing, leading to the arrest of a suspect.
Responding swiftly, police and paramedics rushed to the vicinity close to Broadview and Danforth avenues shortly before 7 a.m. on Friday.
Upon arrival, emergency responders found a woman with stab wounds, requiring immediate medical attention. She was promptly taken to the hospital with severe, life-threatening injuries.
