Two pedestrians suffered serious injuries after being hit by a vehicle in Brampton early Monday morning, according to Peel Regional Police.
The incident occurred at the intersection of Goreway Drive and Cottrelle Boulevard, near Castlemore Road, at approximately 9:22 a.m. Both individuals were promptly taken to a nearby hospital for treatment.
Authorities have closed the southbound lanes of Goreway Drive at Cottrelle for investigation purposes.
