A senior woman was urgently taken to the hospital with critical injuries following a house fire in Etobicoke yesterday afternoon.
Police and firefighters responded to reports of a fire at Martin Grove Road and Waterbury Drive at approximately 1:30 p.m.
It was reported that the woman, in her 80s, sustained life-threatening injuries.
The fire has since been put out.
