Mike Smith, famously known for his role as Bubbles on “Trailer Park Boys,” is heading to court today in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia for his sexual assault case. The 53-year-old actor, born near New Glasgow, N.S., faces charges related to an alleged incident from December 2017 involving a female complainant.
Smith, who is also one of the directors of Trailer Park Boys Incorporated, a Nova Scotia-based company, has expressed that the company is taking the allegations seriously. This is not the first legal issue for Smith, as back in April 2016, he was involved in a domestic battery charge in Los Angeles, which was later dropped. Smith defended himself by stating that the incident stemmed from a heated dispute with a friend at a Hollywood hotel.
