Authorities in Toronto are currently looking into an incident where a young boy was shot in the early hours of Saturday morning in Etobicoke.
Law enforcement responded to a call in the West Humber vicinity, specifically near Humberwood Boulevard and Kingsplate Crescent, around 3:30 a.m. following reports of a shooting.
Upon arrival, they discovered the victim suffering from gunshot wounds and promptly rushed him to a nearby hospital due to the severity of his injuries.
The perpetrators are believed to have fled the scene in a dark sedan; however, no detailed descriptions have been shared by the authorities at this time.
The investigation into the shooting is actively underway.
