Vancouver police apprehend suspect connected to two armed robberies in Olympic Village area.
Last week, Vancouver Police made a swift arrest in connection with two armed robberies near Olympic Village. The incidents occurred at a coffee shop and a nearby business along Quebec Street, causing a stir in the community.
Witnesses reported that the suspect, armed with a knife, struck the coffee shop before moving to the adjacent business. Quick police response led to the apprehension of the suspect in the vicinity.
The arrested individual, identified as James Roderick Hinton, aged 45, has been officially charged with two counts of robbery and one count of possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose. Hinton is currently being held in custody as the investigation and legal proceedings continue.
