A portion of Keith Road, a key route in West Vancouver connecting to the Lions Gate Bridge, has been shut down today due to fallen power lines, causing disruptions to traffic flow in the area.
Both eastbound and westbound lanes of Keith Road at Taylor Way are currently closed for safety reasons. Additionally, Taylor Way is also under consideration for closure.
Emergency crews are on-site to address the situation, working to restore normalcy to the affected area.
Motorists are strongly advised to avoid the affected section and use Capilano Road leading to Marine Drive as an alternative route to bypass the temporary closures.
