Toronto police have reported that a man from Toronto is facing charges for reportedly making threatening remarks against the Muslim community online. The accused, identified as Andrew Howes, 35, is said to have posted these threats on social media between October 13, 2025, and November 28, 2025.
Authorities took Howes into custody on December 18 and have charged him with public incitement of hatred as well as seven counts of making threats. It is important to note that these allegations have not yet been proven in court.
