Authorities are on the lookout for a man from Quebec following reports of multiple threats made near the Harbourfront area.
According to investigators, the incident occurred on December 10 when a man visited a residence in the Navy Wharf Court and Bremner Boulevard vicinity.
The suspect allegedly issued death threats to various individuals, including the victim, before leaving the location.
The individual in question has been identified as Samuel Giguere from Quebec. He is facing charges of making four threats and failing to comply with a release order on two occasions.
Law enforcement speculates that Giguere may have fled back to Quebec. Those with any pertinent information are urged to reach out to the authorities.
