A man in his 20s was hospitalized following a stabbing incident in Toronto’s vibrant Entertainment District during the early hours of a Saturday morning.
The incident, reported to authorities around 3:30 a.m., occurred at the intersection of Simcoe Street and Adelaide Street West. Police responded swiftly to find the victim with a stab wound and transferred him to a medical facility for treatment. Fortunately, although serious, his injuries are not life-threatening.
Witnesses reported three male suspects, dressed in dark attire, fleeing the scene before law enforcement’s arrival. The suspects were last spotted heading westbound on Pearl Street towards Duncan Street.
Authorities are urging anyone with relevant information to come forward and assist in the ongoing investigation.
