A devastating house fire broke out in Scarborough early Tuesday morning, leaving two individuals in critical condition.
At approximately 5:30 a.m., emergency responders rushed to Snowball Crescent, located near Sheppard Avenue and Washburn Way, where a two-alarm fire had engulfed a residential property.
Firefighters heroically rescued two people from the second floor of the burning house, both of whom were immediately transported to the hospital with severe injuries.
As of now, the fire continues to rage on the main floor of the residence, with uncertainty lingering about the presence of any additional individuals inside.
