Authorities in British Columbia’s Interior are currently probing a mysterious death that occurred on Christmas Day.
The Lake Country RCMP received a report and swiftly responded to an incident at the 16000 block of Gatzke Road in the picturesque Okanagan area at approximately 9:30 p.m. on Thursday.
Upon arrival, officers discovered the lifeless body of a 43-year-old man, identified as Joseph Robert McCook, at the scene.
Law enforcement officials suspect foul play in this tragic event, leading the Mounties’ major crimes unit to assume control of the investigation.
