The incident unfolded when multiple 911 calls came in at approximately 2 a.m., alerting authorities to flames in the vicinity of Bruxelles and Sainte-Claire streets.
Upon arrival, the fire department was already on the scene and swiftly contained the blaze, resulting in minimal damage to the building with no reported injuries.
