Peel police reported that a man in his 60s sustained severe injuries when a vehicle hit him in Brampton on Monday morning. The incident occurred around 10:30 a.m. at the intersection of McLaughlin Road and Charolais Boulevard, close to Steeles Avenue West. Emergency services quickly responded to the scene and transferred the man to a nearby trauma center for urgent medical care. Thankfully, the driver involved in the collision stayed at the site, cooperating with authorities. As investigations continue, the vicinity has been temporarily shut down to traffic.
