Authorities are on the lookout for an individual after a tragic shooting on a GO bus in North York resulted in a fatality.
The incident took place on a bus near the Yorkdale GO bus terminal at approximately 7 p.m. on Sunday evening, according to officials.
Upon arrival, law enforcement discovered a man with a gunshot wound. Despite the efforts of emergency responders, he was declared deceased at the location.
Emergency medical personnel confirmed their presence at the scene but did not transport anyone to the hospital.
Investigators are seeking a male suspect in his late 20s, standing around five-foot-eight in height. The individual was last spotted donning a grey tracksuit along with a black jacket featuring faux red and brown fur accents.
