Charles Milliard is making a comeback in the Quebec Liberal Party leadership race, after finishing as the runner-up in the previous competition.
In a video shared online on Tuesday morning, the ex-Quebec Federation of Chambers of Commerce leader declared his candidacy to follow in the footsteps of Pablo Rodriguez.
“I am thrilled to announce that I am running for the leadership of the Quebec Liberal Party,” Milliard expressed in the video message, addressing party members and supporters.
