A woman sustained injuries when a school bus hit her in downtown Toronto. The incident occurred at the intersection of Jarvis and Richmond streets on Tuesday afternoon around 3:25 p.m.
Emergency services quickly responded, and the injured pedestrian was promptly taken to the hospital. The extent of her injuries is currently not specified.
Fortunately, none of the children aboard the school bus were harmed in the accident.
As a result of the collision, the area along Jarvis Street is temporarily shut down between Richmond and Adelaide Street for investigation and cleanup.
